Health…Travel…Art…and Inspiration

Not only did I go to Pilates, but I did well.

My stomach was very well behaved during class and I’m very thankful for that.

I always try and do my very best in Pilates.

Not only because I love it, but the way I look at it…I’m already there so I should give it my all.

I find it to be an amazing and actually enjoyable way to be healthy.

It’s harder than you think, but you can go at your own pace.

There are modifications for any level you’re at.

If you really work at it, it shapes you, in a good way, when your not even looking.

And…it’s almost meditative. You have to go slow to get the benefit and think about your breathing and your form and it takes time to get better at it.

Time and effort worth giving.

If you’re looking for something new to add to your workout routine, or you want to start something to begin your own path to health and wellness, try Pilates.

You’ll love it.

Perhaps, I’ll see if my Pilates Instructor, the beautiful Marena, will put up some basic Pilates moves on here to get some of you started.
