Oh yes, I did it. I have finally lost over 20 pounds! 21 to be exact!
That was one of my first goals in this whole process and I’ve finally done it. (Took long enough)
Not only that…but for the first time, in too many years to count, I’m under 200 pounds.
I couldn’t be more thrilled.
If you want to talk about motivation, I can’t think of anything better to motivate you to do more when your only a half pound away from a huge goal.
I seemed to hover at 200 exactly, or with a .5 or .8 added on for the longest time.
Today, I went to Jenny Craig and weighed in at a beautiful 196 pounds.
I’m just thrilled.
I’m still overweight and have a long way to go, and being 196 is certainly not where I want to stay, but I couldn’t be happier with these results.
The pilates, hiking, walking and working hard is paying off.
Not only is it paying off on the scale, but I feel better. I really do.
My next goal is 175.
