Travel…Escapes…Miracles…True Love

I have a sore throat today.

Problem is getting sick will really inhibit my plans.

Hiking tomorrow morning and Pilates this week.

Anyone have any great ideas on how to avoid the flu?

    Despite all these people ranting otherwise, get a flu shot. Also, channel your inner Howard Hughes and become a compulsive hand washer. At least until flu season is over. Lastly, if it’s in your head (runny nose, sneezing) you’re ok to workout, you might even sweat it out.However, If it’s in your chest or you have a fever. Stay home, and sleep, sleep, sleep! A. so you can recover more quickly and get back to your workouts sooner. and B. so you don’t spread it around.
