I’m getting ready to go to my appointments with the gift shops and show them my work.
I put on a pair of slacks that I really love…but found there was a problem.
They don’t fit! They are literally falling off me.
I haven’t worn these pants in several months and now I can REALLY see my weight loss.
How awesome is that!!!!

Hi RFC, Thanks for the kind words. You’re right, it feels great. I’m actually surprised and haven’t yet been shopping for new clothes…but now I’m excited to go on a shopping spree. Should be fun.

Its fantastic when you have evidence like this that you are losing weight.Its even nicer when you try on new slimmer clothes and have more choice. Keep up the good effort.
