Yesterday in Pilates it was mentioned that chocolate milk was the best thing to have after a workout.
It builds muscle, protein for recovery and just the right amount of carbs.
Well, to be honest I was in when they said chocolate milk, but I decided to look it up and see if there really was science behind it…and there is.
Whoo Hoo…chocolate milk!
Now I just have to remember to drink it in moderation.
