I met someone the other day who ‘isn’t an out-doorsy person’.
I was taken aback, learning that she doesn’t walk, no hiking, no bike riding…no nothing. Not even BBQ’s in the backyard!
I started thinking about all she’s missing.
City life is ok, but getting out into nature is bliss.
Peaceful, serene, and healthy.
I’m not saying you have to go for long hikes into the forest, but getting outside is good for you.
