Flying Healthy

I love to fly because I love where it takes me…but I hate to fly.

I can’t sit still.

The seats are too cramped.

…and don’t get me started on the air. I always feel like I’m almost suffocating.

See…I told you…I hate it.

But healthy flying is important.

Jet Lag, sleep problems and thrombosis are all real issues.
