This morning my Pilates routine was interrupted.
While doing my teaser and hundreds I began noticing the sky outside changing.
As it got more beautiful and the sun began to peek out, I went outside to get a better look.
Rather than doing Pilates this morning, I meditated (in a way).
I stood outside and breathed in this sky.
The cool morning air.
The quiet of the morning.
The sun and mist over the mountain tops.
I felt myself relax a little and really breathe.
No, not a workout.
But sometimes just taking a moment is just what you need.
